SAFE-SCHOOLS has been endorsed by SAFE Kids Upstate which is one of more than 450 coalitions affiliated with Safe Kids Worldwide®, an organization whose mission is to prevent accidental childhood injury, a leading killer of children 14 and under. There are 15 Safe Kids coalitions in South Carolina.
Safe Kids Upstate Coalition, led by Greenville Hospital System Children's Hospital Children’s Advocacy, consists of more than 70 community partners who join together to fight unintentional injuries.

SAFE-SCHOOLS has been endorsed by the South Carolina Parent Teachers Association. There main purpose is to promote the welfare of children and youth in the home, school, community and place of worship and raise the standards of home life.
Further they strive to secure adequate laws for the care and protection of children and youth that bring into closer relation the home and the school so that parents and teachers may cooperate intelligently in the education of children and youth.
All for the purpose of developing between educators and the general public such united efforts as will secure for all children and youth the highest advantages in physical, mental, social and spiritual education.

Partners

SAFE-SCHOOLS recently partnered with Clemson University and the Clemson University Center for Safety Research and Education. Our common goals are " to provide teaching, research, and outreach in the areas of safety and health risk behavior ". Clemson also is developing a credit course that will provide classroom facilitators for SAFE-SCHOOLS and plans to assist in developing the program into a national model.

SAFE-SCHOOLS is taking its programming to the next level through participation in the Just Right LLC and the Buy To Give promotional network. Buy to Give will produce statewide, regional and national promotions linking SAFE-SCHOOLS with highly respected companies that believe in our mission and programs and support them by offering consumers a good deal for a good cause. It is a unique new method of fundraising brought to SAFE-SCHOOLS by Greenville, South Carolina-based Just Right, LLC.
