A recent study by the
National Resource Center
for Safe Schools found that 70% of parents surveyed stated that
bullying of their children in school is one of their top
concerns. |

|
160,000 kids skip school each day because they
are afraid to go. This means that those that want to learn are
being robbed of precious class time. |

|
|
The study also found that 30% of American
children are regularly involved in bullying, either as bullies or
victims, and approximately 15% are "severely traumatized or
distressed" as a result of encounters with
bullies. | |

We have endorsement letters from Principals, Assistant Principals, and parents who have seen firsthand the results and benefits of SAFE-SCHOOLS.
Partners
SAFE-SCHOOLS recently partnered with Clemson University and the Clemson University Center for Safety Research and Education. Our common goals are " to provide teaching, research, and outreach in the areas of safety and health risk behavior ".
Clemson also is developing a credit course that will provide classroom facilitators for SAFE-SCHOOLS and plans to assist in developing the program into a national model.
Just Right LLC and the Buy To Give Campaign
SAFE-SCHOOLS is taking its programming to the next level through participation in the Buy to Give promotional network. Buy to Give will produce statewide, regional and national promotions linking SAFE-SCHOOLS with highly respected companies that believe in our mission and programs and support them by offering consumers a good deal for a good cause. It is a unique new method of fundraising brought to SAFE-SCHOOLS by Greenville, South Carolina-based Just Right, LLC.
